A well designed solar water heating system installed by DeWAR Solar in a domestic house which previosuly used an electric immersion heater to heat water, can save in excess of half a tonne of carbon dioxide emmissions per year. Direct and Diffuse Radiation
Direct beam radiation comes in direct line from the sun , Diffuce radiation is scattered through clouds. Both types are ideal for solar requirements,the perfect position for Solar panels is south facing and at a 45 degree pitch, also
30 east and 40 west of south are acceptable.
