SM&MS have welcomed the DeWAR.ie Group onto their list of Accredited Contractors

SM&MS (Safety Management & Monitoring Services) is a business led Safety, Health and Environmental Consultancy, they have been contracted to look after the Safety Management and Health Monitoring of large corporations such as Savills and many more companies throughout Ireland and the UK.

To produce the very best health and safety documents and back up services for their clients large and small. SM&MS Health and Safety Consultants have been appointed by many companies to assist them in the carrying out of their duties under health and safety legislation allowing them to get on with core activities.

SM&MS is a national company working principally within the property sector and has secured long-term working partnerships with many blue-chip property companies since it was founded in 1994.

Over the last number of weeks, DeWAR.ie has received intensive audits on their Health and Safety systems and safe working practises. SM&MS have welcomed the DeWAR.ie Group onto their list of accredited contractors after qualification.



“During the last three weeks we have submitted our safety manuals, best practise policies, quality systems and risk assessments to the auditors at SM&MS. We also forwarded on all accreditations and insurance schedules including public liabilities. The aim of companies like SM&MS is to carry out independent audits yearly on contractors to allow companies to focus on their companies’ core direction. Giving peace of mind to companies that are contracted and charged by them to carry out maintenance checks and works on their properties. Knowing they are fully competent insured and has a safe work system in place to carry out their duties.
