DeWAR is awarded the Contract for Facility Services Provider for the Project Arts Centre

DeWAR is delighted to be appointed Facility Services Provider for the Project Arts Centre, which is located at 39 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2.

The facility services that DeWAR will be providing for the Project Arts Centre will include the following:

• Gas Boiler Service and Plant Room Maintenance
  
• Air Handling Units and Switch Gear Maintenance
  
• Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance
  
• (BMS) Building Management System
  
• HVAC Maintenance
