DeWAR.ie is a national facility service provider for the energy and property sectors that roots some 80 per cent of business in the domestic market. Major clients include Muckross House, Bill Cullen’s companies and the McCabe Pharmacy group; the Limerick office of DeWAR.ie is based at 66 O’Connell Street, Limerick.
This company is a available 365 and 24/7 for phone calls and emergency call outs for gas boilers, oil fired boilers washing machines, repairs and service. “We are the only accredited installer in Limerick for Worcester boilers which means we can offer extended warranties after installation for up to six years,” says DeWAR.ie director Martin Grogan. “We are also accredited by Bosch and Baxi and our service charge for boilers, required annually by law, is just €79. We have the fastest response time and the cheapest prices in the sector”.

The Limerick team includes local men Damien Carroll, service installer manager and Sean Arthurs. DeWAR.ie is also
registered with Sustainable Energy Authority Ireland for Better Homes energy grants but operates its own scrappage
package for new installations and upgrading thermostat controls – DeWAR.ie says its package is more generous financially.
Safety is first and DeWAR.ie staff has safe passcards for work on scaffolding and mobile platforms. Mechanical services include plumbing, air conditioning, fire alarm, emergency lighting and both product and installation services are first class.
